Nic Schmidt
Nic was born & raised in the Coachella Valley and always had ambitions of working in real estate.
After graduating from The University of California, Santa Barbara, Nic set his sights on real estate, devoting all of his efforts to the industry. Studying from various books and online platforms, he focused on wholesaling properties, where he began to virtually buy, hold, and sell investment properties in New Orleans, LA from his home in La Quinta, CA.
After having some early success in this endeavor, Nic utilized his newfound skill set to help land a mentorship job at The Firm Brokerage with Adam Gilbert, one of the Coachella Valley's top agents, investors, and entrepreneurs. It was here where he was able to learn in the inner-workings of a top-producing brokerage and assist on a multitude of large commercial & residential deals.

After attaining his real estate license, Nic began taking on various clients and properties around the Coachella Valley, primarily focusing on commercial deals ranging from leasing small office spaces to selling large commercial buildings.

Nic is continuing to grow his residential and commercial business, helping homeowners, investors, or business owners buy, sell, or lease their properties! In his free time, Nic enjoys playing golf & tennis, photography, and traveling with his girlfriend.
